I answered, "Oo naman.
The thing is, no matter how much effort you put into something, some things are never really yours to begin with. However, though you might face the biggest of obstacles, it is important that you remember whatever it is that you're fighting for. For when everything is telling you that you are bound to fail and that your efforts seem to make no sense, the only thing that would make you hold on is hope. And hope perhaps is the driving force behind every struggle.
That through hope, you can always envision an ending worth striving for. When you meet an undesirable end, it is hope that makes you stand up once again. It is that unexplainable thing that helps you accept and understand your failures and allows you to push on and start again. In a world that is engulfed in darkness and despair, it is hope that makes you dream of a brighter future.
It is the very same thing that makes others shine brighter than the Sun as it flames out against the darkness of the pitch black night.
It is hope that makes someone wait for something for the longest period of time. Even if it takes a lifetime or more.
Hope is the thing that makes helps you live a life worth living in a world worth dying for.
gaya nga ng sabi ng iba, "the beauty is in the wanting, not in the getting" which means that there are times when the process is more important than the result. some things might not be meantfor you but always think that it is because you deserve something better and when that better one comes, you're going to be thankful that you did not settle for that thing in the past. :)
